The Bronx Botanical Garden is free all day on Wednesday and until 12pm on Saturday. Since Mark and I like anything that’s free we decided to have a mini photo date a few Saturdays ago. We woke up late that day so we had to rush, but luckily we made it before 12pm.
We walked down our favorite trail. We saw this tree and I couldn’t resist taking a photo. I really wanted to climb the tree, but I was too scared to fall. Even if I wanted to, I don’t think it would have been possible with my Jeffrey Campbell Lita boots.

We walked a little further and found a secluded trail where one side has a wooden fence and the other a stone wall.

Surprisingly I was able hike through unpaved trail with my 5 inch Litas. These boots were pretty comfortable for their height.
