I found this sheer green flower dress at a thrift shop for $8. I fell in love with the fabric pattern and the design of this dress right away. I was at first afraid it was going to be too big since the dress was just too long, but it was a perfect fit. I just had to cut the hem a little shorter. However my husband doesn’t share the same feeling and calls it my “my old lady’s dress.” He suggests cutting it to above my knees and getting rid of the sleeves.
We went camping the past weekend, and I thought wearing the dress in forest would be quiet ideal for picture taking.
I attempted to do the “lost in woods” fairytale look. I might have to go camping again to practice the look.
I found this boots after 3 years at the bottom of my shoe rack. It was so comfortable and I love how it looked with the dress. I think i only got it on sale for $10 at Bakers.
I wore my orange flower earrings with a necklace I found at a local thrift store near the campsite.
What do you think? Should I cut the dress shorter and remove the sleeves?
