Trying to blend in with my surrounding

I’ve emptied out my closet of unwanted clothes, but I can’t seem to part with this red dress with cream flower prints. I’ve had this dress for several years and even though the length is unflattering to my 4’11″height, there’s just something about this dress that screams “KEEP ME.” It might be the bold bright color, the halter top with the braided straps or the open back. Today, I tried to make the dress work with my height. I used a belt to try to give the dress some shape. It seem to work pretty well with the dress. What do you think? Is this dress a keeper or a lost cause for my petite frame?
