Inglots eyeshadow review

I’m addicted to makeup, and it makes me happy when I’m looking for new colors to add to my collection. That’s why when I heard about Inglots and how they have a store in New York’s Times Square, I had to check it out. I was like a child in a candy store. I was surrounded by beautiful colors, and I didn’t know where to start.

Inglots Eyeshadow case

Inglots is a Polish cosmetic company, and have been around for about 25 years. Rumor was that its makeup color selection and quality rivals MAC’s. Let me tell you how true it is. I went in just to look around and ended up with 10 new eye shadows. I chose the freedom system to customize my own eyeshadow palettes. I had a choice between round or square pans. The value for the 10 eye shadows beats MAC’s prices, I can’t remember the price right now but I’ll update you later on.

Inglot eyeshadow palette

The colors are so soft and creamy for the powdered eye shadows. The eye shadows are highly pigmented “what you see is what you get”. The colors last long, and don’t easily rub off. I can’t wait to go back and get some more colors.

I like to combine the purple and the blue to create and dark blue smoky look. The picture below doesn’t really show the smoky look, but it’s the same eye shadows. Photo taken from Mei’s camera.
